Venue and Hotel Accommodations
AIS has selected the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center as the host venue and preferred hotel for Roundtable participants. The hotel offers award-winning service, dining, shopping, entertainment and more - all from the banks of the beautiful Potomac River. The property is directly accessible from the Capital Beltway, I-95, I-495, I-295 and the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, and is minutes away from all three area airports (DCA, IAD, BWI). Reservations are to be made on an individual call-in basis.
Mention the "AIS Conference" to receive the discount.
The dress for general sessions, group outings and receptions is business casual. Some attendees may find the meeting rooms to be chilly so please consider bringing a light sweater or jacket for your personal comfort level. Washington, D.C. temperatures in late September hover around the mid 70s during the day and in the mid 50s at night.
