Venue and Hotel Accommodations
AIS has selected the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center as the host venue and preferred hotel for Roundtable participants. The hotel offers award-winning service, dining, shopping, entertainment and more - all from the banks of the beautiful Potomac River. The property is directly accessible from the Capital Beltway, I-95, I-495, I-295 and the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, and is minutes away from all three area airports (DCA, IAD, BWI). Reservations are to be made on an individual call-in basis.

Dress Code
The dress for general sessions, group outings and receptions is business casual. Some attendees may find the meeting rooms to be chilly so please consider bringing a light sweater or jacket for your personal comfort level. Washington, D.C. temperatures in late September hover around the mid 70s during the day and in the mid 50s at night.
