AUTO FINANCE ROUNDTABLE
REVENUE OPTIMIZATION | COMPLIANCE CHALLENGES | NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
WHO: Strategy-Oriented Professionals responsible for Bankruptcy and Estates
WHEN: Friday, March 27th 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
WHERE: 1212 Corporate Drive, Ste. 400 Irving, TX 75038
Join us for an Auto Finance Roundtable to be held on March 27th at the AIS offices in Las Colinas.
Our clients in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area asked if we could organize a non-competitive forum where strategy-oriented individuals could hear how others in the auto finance industry approach bankruptcy and deceased account management. And, of course, we said "Yes.”
The format is simple. Each forum will begin with a casual, networking lunch before shifting to an afternoon working session on whatever topics may be top of mind in the auto finance world.
Discussions will be moderated by AIS management team members. Additional resources may be utilized, depending on the topic.
Our first Roundtable will focus on "Drive and Pay vs. Bankruptcy Code”
- How do you manage "Drive & Pays”? What’s your organization’s policy?
- What losses are encountered on Drive & Pays vs. Reaffirmations vs. Surrenders?
- How does your organization view reputational risk in repossessing current accounts?
With our periodic Roundtables, we hope to connect you with your peers and for all parties to come away with a better understanding of how the industry, as a whole, is optimizing recoveries, maintaining compliance and managing operational expenses.
There is no cost to participate. Food and materials will be provided.

Mark Your Calendars - Our next Roundtable is scheduled for Friday, May 29th. The structure will be somewhat different. Roundtable sessions will be held from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM. Participants will then spend an afternoon of relaxation in a private Hospitality Suite at the AT&T Byron Nelson Golf Championship.
