REVENUE OPTIMIZATION | COMPLIANCE CHALLENGES | NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
WHO: Strategy and Operations Professionals responsible for Bankruptcy and Estates
WHEN: Wednesday, November 11th 3:00 PM
Join us for our Creditors Roundtable to be held on November 11th at the AIS offices in Las Colinas.
Our clients in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area asked if we could organize a non-competitive forum where individuals could hear how other financial institutions approach bankruptcy and deceased account management.
We've held several Roundtables this year and those who've participated said they found value in the event. So we're doing it one last time in 2015.
We will begin with an afternoon working session on critical issues that are top of mind in the auto finance and mortgage worlds.
Discussions will be moderated by AIS management team members. Potential topics for the industry-specific Roundtable sessions include:
- Implementing new POC Form 410 and Attachment 410A
- CFPB’s Examination Procedures for Auto Finance Bankruptcy
- Credit Bureau Reporting Challenges
- Information Validation vs. Robo-Signing
At the conclusion of the session, we will transport the group to American Airlines Center for dinner, drinks, and an exciting evening of basketball in our private suite.
This game is being billed as "The Return of Deandre Jordan" so you won't want to miss what should be an electric scene. This is one of the hottest tickets of the season!
This will be a great opportunity for you to connect and network with your peers and for all parties to come away with a better understanding of how the industry, as a whole, is optimizing recoveries, maintaining compliance and managing operational expenses.
If you cannot make the Roundtable sessions, please feel free to meet at our office at 5:00 PM and join the group for the game.
