REVENUE OPTIMIZATION | COMPLIANCE CHALLENGES | NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
WHO: Strategy and Operations Professionals responsible for Bankruptcy
WHEN: Thursday, January 21st 3:00 PM
Join us for our Creditors Roundtable to be held on January 21st at the AIS offices in Las Colinas.
Last year, at the request of our clients in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, we began organizing forums where individuals could hear how other financial institutions approach bankruptcy and deceased account management in non-competitive setting.
We held four events last year and those who've participated said they found value in the events. So we've decided to continue the program in 2016.
We will begin with an afternoon working session...
Bankruptcy Review: 2015 Lessons | 2016 Outlook
Discussions will focus around critical issues facing the auto finance and mortgage worlds in 2016.
- CFPB / OCC Requirements and Enforcement
- New POC Form 410 and Attachment 410a
- Case Law Recap
- Bankruptcy Filing Statistics and Projected Trends
At the conclusion of the session, we will transport the group to American Airlines Center for dinner, drinks, and an exciting evening of hockey in our private suite.
The Dallas Stars are one of the NHL's premier teams in 2015-16, currently sitting atop the Central Division. If you've never been to a hockey game, it's simply something you have to do...It's unlike any other sport, in terms of live viewing.
This will be a great opportunity for you to connect and network with your peers and for all parties to come away with a better understanding of how the industry, as a whole, is optimizing recoveries, maintaining compliance and managing operational expenses in 2016.
If you cannot make the Roundtable sessions, please feel free to meet at our office at 5:00 PM and join the group for the game.
