REVENUE OPTIMIZATION | COMPLIANCE CHALLENGES | NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
WHO: Strategy-Oriented Professionals responsible for Bankruptcy and Estates
WHEN: Friday, May 20th 10:00 AM
Join us for our Creditors Roundtable to be held on May 20th at the AIS offices in Las Colinas.
Our clients in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area asked if we could organize a non-competitive forum where strategy-oriented individuals could hear how other financial institutions approach bankruptcy and deceased account management. And, of course, we said "Yes.”
We held our first Roundtable back in March and those who participated said they found value in the event. So we're doing it again in May.
We will begin with a morning working session on critical issues that are top of mind in the auto finance and mortgage worlds.
Discussions will be moderated by AIS management team members. Potential topics for the industry-specific Roundtable sessions include:
- Cramdowns, Backouts and System Restrictions for Payment Allocation
- Remediation of Redaction Issues
- Notice of Payment Changes: Trustee v. Direct Pay
- Updates on New Plan Form
At the conclusion of the session, we will transport the group to the AT&T Byron Nelson Golf Championship for a catered lunch, drinks, and an afternoon of relaxation in our exclusive Signature Suite on hole No. 17.
This will be a great opportunity for you to connect and network with your peers and for all parties to come away with a better understanding of how the industry, as a whole, is optimizing recoveries, maintaining compliance and managing operational expenses.
Our shuttle will run between the course and our office throughout the afternoon, in case you need to get back early.
If you cannot make the morning Roundtable sessions, please feel free to meet at our office at 11:30 AM and join the group for the afternoon.
