American InfoSource Delivers Electronic Adversary Case Notices

American InfoSource, the leading source of debt recovery solutions, today increased its lead on all major bankruptcy data providers with the announcement of a new electronic notification system designed to make it simpler than ever for creditors to receive adversary case notices.

American InfoSource today introduced an Adversary Proceeding Notification service built to alert clients electronically when an adversary proceeding is filed on any bankruptcy case in which they are listed as a creditor. This will allow creditors to take appropriate legal action in a timely manner; thus, reducing exposure to default judgments and preventing significant financial loss.

Applying the same proprietary system used for bankruptcy notification, American InfoSource retrieves every adversary case filed through the United States bankruptcy court system and sends electronic notices when a client entity is named as the Defendant or Plaintiff in a case.

This new solution recently received positive reviews when tested by a Top 10 Card Issuer and the service is expected to positively impact productivity for bankruptcy operations groups and legal departments at similarly-sized institutions.

As part of the product release, American InfoSource is giving creditors the opportunity to utilize the new AP Notification solution for a month at no cost.
